2021 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (IECC)

2021 INTERNATIONAL PLUMBING CODE (IPC)

2021 INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL CODE (IMC)

2021 INTERNATIONAL SWIMMING POOL AND SPA CODE (ISPSC)

Starting July 3, 2023 Cecil County will be using OpenGov, a new online permitting and inspections service.

Any permits applied for prior to July 3, 2023, please call the office to check status or schedule an inspection.

PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR APPROVED AND ISSUED BUILDING PERMIT TO YOUR CONTRACTORS SO THEY HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION TO APPLY & PROCESS THEIR PERMITS.
