For a large event, training or emergency situation, Cecil County DES has technology capabilities to coordinate with various agencies or organizations. These agencies or organizations could be local businesses, local municipalities, county resources, state, non-profit and or federal partners. The Emergency Operations Center acts as a nerve center and strategic planning while working in conjunction with the communications center. The technology and room set up allows for monitoring of road conditions, emergency crews and their locations as well as virtual teleconference capabilities.
