 Al Miller was elected to his first term of the Cecil County Council in 2018, and a

second term in 2022; representing District Three, which includes Rising Sun, Cherry Hill, Calvert and Fair Hill.  

Mr. Miller graduated from the University of Delaware and has been in the agriculture
profession for many years.  He is currently working at Ag Industrial, Inc. selling
New Holland Agriculture & Construction Equipment in Rising Sun. 

Mr. Miller was appointed to the following:

• Human Services Agency, Local Management Board - Voting Member
• Economic Development Commission - alternate member
• Cecil County Farm Bureau – Ex-Officio nonvoting member
• Weed Control Committee – Ex-Officio Nonvoting Member
