Cecil County Local Homeless Coalition - Coordinated Entry Services

Coalition Member organization Meeting Ground is the entry point for all who may be experiencing homelessness in Cecil County. Anyone that is experiencing homelessness should contact the Coordinated Entry Specialist at 410-996-3096 or CES@meetingground.org for intake.
