Located at 59 River Bend Parkway in Elkton. This 68 acre site offers a boat launch, pavilion, and parking. All boat trailers must display a permit for the current year.  A permit is not required for the launching of kayaks.  The park will be open from Dawn until Dusk.                             

*Boat Ramp Permits can be obtained by mail (complete the permit application and mail to: 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Ste. 1200, Elkton, MD 21921 along with payment and a stamped self-addressed envelope), by purchasing at the Sassafras Harbor Marine Store (2 George Street, Georgetown, MD), or in person between 8am - 3pm at the County Administration Building (200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD) or the Cecil Community Center (17 Wilson Road, Rising Sun, MD).

*Anyone requiring access the upper parking lot must contact Parks and Recreation prior to arriving.  410-996-8103, Monday - Friday between 8am - 3:30pm.

There is a $50.00 fine for all boat trailers without a valid sticker.
