MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS MEETING

November 22, 2005

The Board of County Commissioners for Cecil County met in special session at the County Administrative Building, 107 North Street, Elkton, Maryland on Tuesday, November 22, 2005. The following members of the Board were present:

Nelson K. Bolender, President
Harry A. Hepbron, Commissioner
Phyllis Kilby, Commissioner
William C. Manlove, Commissioner
Mark H. Guns, Commissioner

Constituting a full Board.

The meeting was called to order by President Bolender at 9:00 a.m.

- ADDENDUM #1 BID NO. 06-38 – NORTH EAST SEWER REPAIRS –

The purpose for this meeting is to award Bid No. 06-38, North East Sewer Road Repairs. The bid was opened on November 18, 2005 with two vendors submitting proposals, American Infrastructure of Maryland and Pleasanton Excavation and Paving.

Upon the recommendation of the Purchasing Agent and the Department of Public Works, motion was made by Commissioner Kilby, seconded by Commissioner Guns and unanimously carried to award the Bid to American Infrastructure of Maryland in the amount of $67,777, the low bidder.

There being no further business of the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
