COMMISSIONERS MEETING
November 8, 2004
The Board of County Commissioners for Cecil County met in special session in their office at 107 North Street, Elkton, Maryland on Monday, November 8, 2004 to review bids for the $9,025,000 2004 bond issue. The following members of the Board were present:

Sam Ketterman, County Financial Advisor, recommended to the Board that they accept the bid for the Bonds as submitted by Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., at the price named in the bid.
Motion was made by Commissioner Guns, seconded by Commissioner Manlove to accept the bid of Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., and the motion carried unanimously
