Photography Contest

The deadline for the 2012 Photography Contest is almost here!  Check your photo files for your best shots of Cecil County people and places, or capture some beautiful scenery before the deadline.  See the guidelines and entry forms for additional information.

We invite you to FOCUS on Cecil and submit your photograph that captures the beauty, charm and unique character of Cecil County.  

Contest open to all ages and levels of photography experience.  Photographs must be postmarked or hand delivered to the Commissioners' Office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2012.  Please read the official contest rules.
