We invite you to FOCUS on Cecil and submit your photograph that captures the beauty, charm and unique character of Cecil County.  

Contest open to all ages and levels of photography experience.  Photographs must be postmarked or hand delivered to the Commissioners' Office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2012.  Please read the official contest rules by clicking here.  In addition, photos must be submitted with entry form.
