Amendment to the Cecil County Code
Chapter 251 Stormwater Management Ordinance

 The Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County will hold a public hearing on August 17, 2010; 2:00 p.m. in the Elk Room of the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD to review proposed revisions to Chapter 251 Code of Cecil County Stormwater Management Ordinance approved by the Board of County Commissioners on May 4, 2010 and as mandated by the Maryland Department of the Environment and the Stormwater Management Act of 2007.

The proposed revisions may be viewed in their entirety on the Cecil County Government website at www.ccgov.org or by contacting the Department of Public Works, Development Services Division at 410.996.5265.
