PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 

Ordinance 2012-03Amend Certain Sections of Chapter 200 Building Construction
of the Cecil County Code

The Board of Commissioners for Cecil County will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Elk Room of the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton regarding Ordinance 2012-03 to amend certain sections of Chapter 200 Building Construction of the Cecil County Code to replace the 2009 International Building Code and the International Residential Code with the 2012 International Building and International Residential Code.  Click on tab provided for a copy of Ordinance:  Ordinance 2012-03 Chapter 200       Copies are available in Suite 2100, County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Boulevard, Elkton, MD
