PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County will hold a public hearing on July 21, 2009; 2:00 p.m.; Cecil County Administration Building to consider the addition of Section 200.10, to Chapter 200, Building Construction, of the Cecil County Code, titled:  Building Construction – Violations, Penalties & Stop Work Orders.

The proposed ordinance includes the definitions and penalties as proposed by the County.

The proposed ordinance may be viewed in the Office of the County Administrator, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD  21291 and on the Cecil County Government's website www.ccgov.org. Ordinance No. 2009-05
