TO: ALL RESIDENTS OF Pine Hills, Arundel, and Mariners Cove, Elkton, MD

 Cecil County Department of Public Works, Water and Wastewater Division, will be flushing water mains and fire hydrants in your area on November 7 ^th ,8^th,  9 ^th, 2011 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Flushing of water mains and hydrants is a standard practice that is done to remove the build- up of sediment and scale from the interior of water mains which will help maintain the quality of water delivered to our customers. During this period there is the possibility that the water may become slightly discolored and customers may experience low water pressure for a few hours.
