Pursuant to the  Maryland Annotated Code-Article 25-8, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will hold a public hearing to consider the transfer and sale of real property owned by the BOCC located at 253 Sycamore Road ,Elkton (Tax map 21;Grid 17;Parcel 799;Block G, Lot 7-Meadowview) on April 10, 2012;7:00PM;County Admin. Building-Elk Room; 200 Chesapeake Boulevard, Elkton, MD. Habitat for Humanity –Susquehanna is the prospective grantee of this property.
