The document us the new County Plan that deals with goals and objectives, background information, water supply systems, and sewage systems in Cecil County.  The Master Water and Sewer Plan will provide the mechanism for the implementation of the of the goals and objectives of the County's Comprehensive Plan and to achieve the recommendations of the plan's water resources and land use elements.
