Public Notice

Public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County on June 15, 2010; 6:00 p.m. at the County Administration Building, Elk Room, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD , pursuant to Maryland Annotated Code Article 25 – County Commissioners-General Provisions, Section 8 to consider the following:

• Transfer of 3,654 sq. ft. of property owned by the County (Tax Map 310, Parcel 1204) located on the north side of High Street, Elkton, MD to Elkton Senior Apartments, LLC.
