Minutes were approved by unanimous vote

 PUBLIC HEARINGS:

  • Text Amendment – Subdivision Regulations, Article IV, Section 4.2.6; Article IV, Section 4.2.15 – Summary:  Revise existing language to provide for the use of Subdivision Agreements
  • Text Amendment – Zoning Ordinance, Article IX, Section 180 – Summary: Revise existing language to provide for the use of Subdivision Agreements
  • Text Amendment – Master Water & Sewer Plan, Amend Section 4.1.9.B  - Summary: To add language relative to the construction of a denied access force main as part of the Carpenter's Point Sewer Collection System
  • Amendment to Cecil County Code, Chapter 265, Cecil County Water & Sewer Main Standard Specifications & Details, Section 0100 10.A – Ordinance No. 2010-02 – Summary:  Revise existing language to provide for the utilization of  Subdivision Agreements
  • Amendment to Cecil County Code, Chapter 242, Cecil County Road Code & Standard Specifications – Ordinance No. 2010-03 – Summary:  Revise existing language to provide for the utilization of Subdivision Agreements

The next meeting of the Board of County Commissioners is scheduled for March 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elk room of the Cecil County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, MD.
