 Announcing Citizen's Corner
Informal Commissioners Meeting for Citizen's

Elkton, MD – The Board of County Commissioners announces the first Citizen's Corner scheduled for Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in the Elk room of the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton.  The informal meeting format will provide an opportunity for an open dialogue between County citizen's and the Commissioners. The Commissioners will listen to concerns, answer questions, and respond to issues. 

The meeting agenda will be formed as topics of interest from the citizens are introduced and discussed. Commissioner Tari Moore, who will guide the meeting discussion stated, "I look forward to hearing from our citizen's and hope that they participate to give us new ideas and insight on how we can do a better job as their elected officials". 

Citizen's Corner meetings will be held from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m. before the regular Commissioner meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month.  The meeting will be recorded and made available on the county website.  Sign up for our email notification service to receive email alerts when important information is posted on our website:
