RESTORATION HARDWARE COMPANY COMING TO CECIL COUNTY 

Elkton, MD – The Board of Cecil County Commissioners is pleased to announce that Restoration Hardware has signed a fifteen-year lease for a building in the Trade Center@95 located between North East and Perryville for their furniture distribution center. The Office of Economic Development and officials from the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development worked with the property owners, Forrest Robinson of Atlanta, Georgia and their agent Bill Pellington of CB Richard Ellis, during the lease negotiations. 

Restoration Hardware will occupy a 600,000 square-foot building in the Principio Industrial Park and has plans to expand the building to 1.2 million square feet in 2012.  We anticipate the Susquehanna Workforce Network will provide employment-recruiting assistance for approximately 150 positions at the new facility.
