Deadline Extended for Board and Commission Appointment Applications

Elkton, MD - The Board of Cecil County Commissioners is seeking additional applications from residents interested in volunteering to serve on the Bainbridge Development Corporation,  Ethics Commission and/or Economic Development Commission.  County residents interested in an appointment should submit an appointment application to the Board of County Commissioners by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2011.

Citizen participation allows for open communication and helps to ensure we are working to serve the needs of our citizens.  Residents are encouraged to apply for an appointment to a board or commission if you have a particular background, skill, or affinity for it.  Applications will be kept on file in the Commissioners' Office and will be considered when a vacancy becomes available on a board or commission.
