MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
OF CECIL COUNTY
The Board of License Commissioners of Cecil County met in a regular session at the County Administrative Building, Conference Room, 200 Chesapeake Boulevard, Elk Room, Elkton, MD on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 9:00 A.M.

Transfer -Application received from Dorothy Walker; DWPC LLC, T/A Pub on Main, 126 E. Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921 for transfer of Beer & Light Wine Alcoholic Beverage License No. B-93 and upgrade to Beer, Wine & Liquor Alcoholic Beverage License from Dorothy Walker, T/A Main Street Café & Catering, 126 E. Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921
Dorothy Walker and Samantha Pearce appeared before the Board. They were duly sworn by the Clerk. The fully executed application packet with proper fees included: Zoning Certificate signed by Craig Trostle, Town of Elkton; signatures of 10 registered voters and property owners in District 3-2; Alcohol Awareness Training; Certification Form; Worker's Compensation. Chief Bradford asked the applicant if the questions that she answered as part of the application packet were true today as they were when she signed the application; the applicant stated yes. Ms. Pearce stated they have taken out the counter and put in a wooden bar-type counter and it is now a pub-type atmosphere. With no further questions Mr. Gerweck made a motion to approve the transfer and upgrade; Mr. Curry seconded that motion and the Board then voted unanimously to approve the issuance of the license.
Lease Management Agreement -Dorothy Walker; DWPC LLC, T/A Pub on Main, 126 E. Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921 with Wes Walker and Samantha Pearce
Dorothy Walker and Samantha Pearce appeared before the Board; Wes Walker had a real estate class that had been postponed from the blizzard. The Board review the management agreement Mr. Gerweck made a motion to approve the transfer and upgrade; Mr. Curry seconded that motion and the Board then voted unanimously to approve the issuance of the license.
Update - License Not Issued -Howard Ronald Dubree, Sr., Full Moon Saloon LC, T/A Full Moon Saloon, 565 Cecilton Warwick Road, Warwick, MD 21912
Mr. Dubree updated the Board on the progress of the premises; he requested an extension to have the license issued. The Board approved a six-month extension; Mr. Dubree will need to appear before the Board at that time to update them as well as pay the renewal fees.
