The Business Relations Management team (BRM) will be the IT liaison for each business partner in an organization.  A BRM understands business processes, provides technology guidance for IT business strategy requirements and works to reduce business and IT barriers.  A BRM aims to maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifies the needs for customers and ensures that appropriate services are developed to meet those needs.

It is our goal to understand the specific needs of their business and assist in navigating the IT landscape by connecting them with the resources that will help them achieve their objectives and seek opportunities for innovation.
