The Glasgow Connection is a fixed route public transportation for all ages servicing the town of Elkton to People's Plaza in Glasgow, DE. The route begins at 5:30 AM and ends at 6:15 PM, Monday through Saturday.
The Perryville Connection is fixed route public transportation for all ages servicing the towns of Elkton, North East, Perryville, The MARC Train and Perry Point V.A. The route begins at 6 AM. and ends at 6:30 PM. Monday through Saturday.
The Mid County Connection is fixed route public transportation for all ages servicing the towns of Elkton, North East,Perryville, Charlestown and both Cecil College in North East along with Elkton Station. The route begins at 6 AM and ends at 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This connections was designed to help facilitate transportation service for school students while providing extended hours of evening operation for additional passengers needs.
The Elkton - Newark Connection is fixed route transportation for all ages servicing the town of Elkton, Glasgow, DE, Newark Industrial Park, Four Seasons Plaza, Newark Park & Ride, Newark Train Station, Newark Transit Hub and the Rt. 279 corridor including the Elkton Library & Cecil College Elkton Station. This route operates Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday.
NOTICE: Fixed Route Deviations
Deviations may be made up to ¾ mile upon request. All deviations must be scheduled in advance thru the transit office. A total fare of $4.00 will apply for each deviation. To request a deviation call 410-996-5295 #2. Demand Response Service may be used in lieu of fixed route services.

On Demand Response
This is a countywide, origin-to-destination transit service for all ages, which must be scheduled in advance. The On Demand Response operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, on a first come, first served basis.
Exceptions to our bus service includes County Government holidays and severe inclement weather.
Cecil Transit provides free travel training to groups or individuals (of all ages) in need of instruction on using public transportation. The training includes an explanation of bus routes, bus stops, bus schedules and rider safety plus "on-site" instruction on Fixed Route.

**Service animals trained to assist an individual in living independently are permitted on board Transit vehicles. Service animals must be registered. Pets and other animals not specifically trained to be service animals are not permitted.
**Flammable/Combustible objects are not allowed to be transported on the buses with exception of respirators, concentrators or portable oxygen tanks for ADA passengers.
