Cecil County Bicycle Plan Public Workshops Planned for the Towns of North East and Cecilton, Maryland

WILMAPCO, in partnership with Cecil County and its Towns, Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration, residents, bicycle advocates, and interested stakeholders, has begun planning a coordinated and integrated bicycle network for both the County and municipalities.

The Cecil County Bicycle Plan seeks to improve quality of life for the residents and visitors of Cecil County by expanding the transportation system to foster safe, inviting, and convenient choices for bicycle commuting and recreation. The Plan will identify a bicycle network that will connect cyclists to and within each of the Towns and key destinations throughout the County.
