As-built Plan
The following two forms must be submitted along with THREE copies of the As-built plan and a review fee for Lot Grading As-built plan review and verification. Once the As-built is received by the Development Services Division, it undergoes a technical review. When the As-built passes the technical review, it will be field verified, which is also known as the final lot grading as-built inspection. As soon as the site passes the final lot grading as-built inspection, the Certificate of Use and/or Occupancy is signed as soon as it is received. The Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance is found in Chapter 248 of the Cecil County Code. The Stormwater Management Ordinance is found in Chapter 251 of the Cecil County Code. Please familiarize yourself with the following four documents prior to the start of any new construction in Cecil County.
