Integrated Report of Surface Water Quality for Cecil County
(formerly known as the 303(d) List and 305(b) Report)
The Maryland Department of the Environment is required by the federal Clean Water Act to perform surface water quality assessments and report on the status of the water quality.
All water-bodies in Cecil County are either listed as impaired or have insufficient data for assessment.
