The following corrections shall be made to Bid 08-08; Asphalt Overlay:

1.  Make the following changes:

- Change Item 501 to Item 504 on pages P-3 through P-6.
- Change Item 502 to Item 504A on pages P-3 through P-6.
- Page SP-4, paragraph "Schedule of Operations", line 2; change "1.5%" to "15%".

2.  Ensure you annotate the Addendum number to the Bid Forms when submitting your bids.
