Expand Northeast River Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant

Cecil County Department of Public Works is seeking engineering services for design and construction support services for the expansion and upgrade of the Northeast River Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant.  The Statement of Qualifications shall be received by Close of Business, March 28, 2008 for consideration.  We encourage participation by MBE/WBE qualified contractors.
