RFP 08-04:
Ten-Ton Dump Trucks

CECIL COUNTY GOVERNMENT

October 25, 2007

The following corrections shall be made to RFP 08-04; Ten-Ton Dump Trucks:

 1.  Make the following changes:

 - Change all references to the Proposal Opening date from November 8, 2007 to November 15, 2007 at 2:30 pm.

 - Page 9, Item XI: Scope of Work - paragraph 3, section "A" add the following to list of desired specifications:

             -- Prices for Conventional and/or optional Crew Cab
             -- Air ride seat for driver
             -- Allison automatic transmission or approved equivalent
            -- block heater
            -- front mount driven PTO - integral frame extension
            -- pindle hitch w/air lines and tractor protection valve

- Page 19, Item XVII, section "Liquidated Damages"; Last paragraph change the amount of damages from "$500.00" to $100.00 per calendar day.

 2.  Ensure you annotate the Addendum number to the Proposal Forms when submitting your proposal.
