The Planning Commission approved the Capital Improvements Program as proposed. The Planning Commission recommends that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the Capital Improvement Program as proposed.
APPROVED, conditioned on: 1) Health Department requirements being met; 2) DPW requirements being met; 3) The adjacent agricultural operation notice again being placed on the Record Plat; 4) Deed restrictions for the long-term protection of the street trees and Forest Retention/Afforestation Areas (FRAs) being recorded and noted on the plat prior to recordation, with the metes and bounds description of the FRA being shown on the Record Plats; 5) The Landscape Agreement's being executed prior to recordation; 6) The Homeowners' Association being established, with $50 per recorded lot being placed in escrow for improvements, prior to recordation; and 7) The two areas subject to prior agreements of sale being shown with add-on hooks on the Record Plat.
GRANTED a two (2) year extension of Preliminary Plat approval, to expire on 3/15/12.
GRANTED a two year extension of Preliminary Plat approval, to expireon 3/15/12, conditioned on: 1) Critical Area Commission concerns being satisfactorily addressed prior to Final Plat approval; and 2) The applicant's directly forwarding a copy of any Final Plat to the Maryland Critical Areas Commission prior to Final Plat review.
