The Cecil County Office of Planning & Zoning provides staff support to the Board of County Commissioners, the Planning Commission, the Board of Appeals, and the Historic District Commission. This office also implements the goals and objectives of the County's Comprehensive Plan through the administration of the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations and the Forest Conservation Regulations. The office is comprised of twelve individuals located in the County Administration Building.

Amendments to Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations
The online zoning ordinance has been updated to reflect amendments to Section 180, and the online subdivision regulations have been updated to reflect amendments to Section 4.2.
