Registration for all activities is accepted by mail or in person to the Cecil County Parks & Recreation Department:

Registration is on a first come - first served basis. Register early to secure your spot.
Refunds must be requested 1 week prior to the start of the class or activity. There will be a A $5.00 processing fee for all refunds.
The Cecil County Department of Parks & Recreation follows the Cecil County Public Schools calendar for school closings and inclement weather procedures. If schools close or cancel afterschool/evening or weekend activities, we too will cancel our afterschool/evening and recreation classes. The rescheduling of make ups is dependent on the availability of the facilities and is not guaranteed.
Due to the difficulty in rescheduling league games, the Cecil Arena inclement weather policy regarding rentals, leagues, birthday parties and other scheduled events will be handled on a case by case basis. We will make every effort to be open and operational.
