Registration is on a first come - first served basis. Register early to secure your spot.
Refunds are not permitted after a class or activity has begun. There will be a A $5.00 processing fee for all refunds.
The Cecil County Department of Parks & Recreation follows the Cecil County Public Schools calender for school closings and inclement weather procedures. If schools close or cancel afterschool/evening activities, we too will cancel our afterschool/evening activities.
