Principio Business Park on "Fast Track"

The Cecil County Commissioners have approved "Fast Track" permit processing for five flex office buildings at the Principio Business Park. Stewart Associates intends to construct the 45,000 sq. ft. masonry flex buildings on speculation and one at a time. The 225,000 total square footage of the project will help meet Cecil County's future needs for industrial, office, and research & development space.

The Principio Business Park, located off of Rt. 40 just south of Interstate 95, is in a State designated Enterprise Zone and is served by rail service.
