New Flex Building approved for Bainbridge

The Bainbridge Development Corporation recently announced that the State of Maryland has approved funding for a 28,800 sq. ft. flex office building at the old Naval Training Center in Port Deposit, Maryland.  

MTPM, LLC, developer for the site, expects County officials to approve all plans by the Spring of 2007 with construction to begin by summer 2007. The single story building is proposed to be constructed on a three-acre site and contain 98 parking spaces plus rear loading. 60% of the space will be leased as office space, with the remainder being occupied by light industrial users. This building was approved under the One Maryland Program.
