Tel: 410.996.5295

The Cecil County Commission on Aging Foundation (CCCOAF) was created in 1985 to provide expanded services to the older adults in Cecil County.  Over the years they have faithfully provided the means to begin quality programs fund a variety of needs during emergency situations and support the overall mission of the Department of Senior Services & Community Transit (SSCT).

With the help of the Commission on Aging Foundation,  SSCT staff has worked at a grassroots level to implement, design, and fund the Healthy Lifestyles Fitness Center.  Recent expansion has created the need for continued support from the community.  Businesses and/or individuals who would like to be part of this unique program can make a donation through the CCCOAF, a 501(c)3 organization. Contact Susan Twigg, Director of Senior Services & Community Transit, or Linda Tull, Community Services Supervisor, to find out how you can make a tax-deductible donation. They can be contacted at 410.996.5295, between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
