Fixed Route serves the Perryville, North East and Elkton areas!

Glasgow Connection Route #1
The Glasgow Connection is a fixed route public transportation for all ages servicing the town of Elkton to People's Plaza in Glasgow, DE. The route begins at 5:30 A.M. and ends at 6:15 P.M., Monday through Saturday.

Perryville Connection Route #2
The Perryville Connection is fixed route public transportation for all ages servicing the towns of Elkton, North East, Perryville, The MARC Train and Perry Point V.A. The route begins at 6:00 A.M. and ends at 6:30 P.M. Monday through Saturday.

Mid County Connection Route #3 "Expanded Service"
The Mid County Connection is fixed route public transportation for all ages servicing the towns of Elkton, North East,Perryville, Charlestown and both Cecil College in North East along with Elkton Station. The route begins at 6:00 A.M. and ends at 10:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. This connections was designed to help facilitate transportation service for school students while providing extended hours of evening operation for additional passengers needs.

Elkton, Newark Connection Route #4 "New Route" The Elkton - Newark Connection is fixed route transportation for all ages servicing the town of Elkton, Glasgow, DE, Newark Industrial Park, Four Seasons Plaza, Newark Park & Ride, Newark Train Station, Newark Transit Hub and the Rt. 279 corridor including the Elkton Library & Cecil College Elkton Station. This route operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.


NOTICE: FIXED ROUTE DEVIATIONS
Deviations may be made up to 3/4 mile for functionally disabled individuals with an On Demand Response Mobility Pass. To obtain a pass, individuals must make an appointment to be certified. A $4.00 fare will apply for each deviation.  All deviations must be scheduled in advance thru the Transit office.  To see if you qualify for an On Demand Response Mobility Pass, to make an appointment, or to request a deviation please call 410.996.5295 #2.  On Demand Response may be used in lieu of Fixed Route.

On Demand Response
This is a countywide, curb-to-curb transit service for all ages, which must be scheduled in advance. The On Demand Response operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on a first come, first served basis.

Exceptions to our bus service includes County Government holidays and severe inclement weather.

Travel Training
Cecil Transit provides free travel training to groups or individuals (of all ages) in need of instruction on using public transportation. The training includes an explanation of bus routes, bus stops, bus schedules and rider
safety plus "on-site" instruction on Fixed Route.

If you are unfamiliar with using public transportation, have to make new journeys, or if you have difficulty getting around due to a disability or an illness, please call Community Transit at 410.996.5295 #3 and ask to speak with our Transit Coordinator, Kristen Najera.
