"THE BUS" The Glasgow Connection is a fixed route public transit system in Elkton for all ages that begins at 5:30 a.m. and ends at 6:15 p.m., Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. This connection travels between the Town of Elkton and People's Plaza in Glasgow, DE.
The Perryville Connection is a fixed route public transit system in Elkton for all ages that begins at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 6:30 p.m. This connection travels between Elkton, North East, Perryville, the MARC Train and Perry Point V.A.
NOTICE: "THE BUS" ROUTE DEVIATIONS Deviations may be made up to 3/4 mile for functionally disabled individuals with a C.T. Mobility Pass. To obtain a pass, individuals must make an appointment to be certified. A $4.00 fare will apply for each deviation. All deviations must be scheduled in advance thru the Transit office. To see if you qualify for a C.T. Mobility Pass, to make an appointment, or to request a deviation please call 410.996.5295 #2. The C.T. Cruiser may be used in lieu of "The Bus."
C.T. Cruiser This is a countywide, curb-to-curb transit service for all ages, which must be scheduled in advance. The C.T. Cruiser operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on a first come, first served basis.
Exceptions to our bus service includes County Government holidays and severe inclement weather.
Travel Training Cecil Transit provides free travel training to groups or individuals (of all ages) in need of instruction on using public transportation. The training includes an explanation of bus routes, bus stops, bus schedules and rider safety plus "on-site" instruction on "The Bus".
If you are unfamiliar with using public transportation, have to make new journeys, or if you have difficulty getting around due to a disability or an illness, please call Community Transit at 410.996.5295 #3 and ask to speak with our Transit Coordinator, Tricia Jones.
