The Cecil County Board of Health met in the County Administrative Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd., Elkton, Maryland on Tuesday, April 1, 2008. The following members of the Board were present:
William C. Manlove, President Mark H. Guns, Vice President Rebecca Demmler, Commissioner Brian Lockhart Wayne Tome, Commissioner Stephanie Garrity, Acting Health Officer
Constituting a full Board.
Stephanie Garrity presented the annual Community Service Health to the following recipients:
Dr. Virginia Bailey The Conowingo Lions Club Vicky Rinkerman
Charles Smyser, Chief Environmental Officer, presented a public hearing for the proposed increases in fees for environmental services, if approved, this rate increase will take effect July 1, 2008.
