Ten miles of hiking trails and Turkey Point Lighthouse, one of the Bay's oldest in continuous operation. Elk Neck Trail An 8 mile hiking and biking trail from the Beaver Pond in Elk Neck State Forest, just south of North East, to the Turkey Point Lighthouse at the southern tip of Elk Neck. The trail offers a magnificent panorama of the Chesapeake Bay headwaters.

Fair Hill Covered Bridge 5600 acres of wilderness and 80 miles of trails for biking, hiking, and horse back riding. Fresh water stream fishing. Scenic vistas of woods, rolling hills, fields and winding streams. Numerous equestrian and outdoor events are held here every year, including the Highland Gathering Scottish Games, Fair Hill Steeplechase Races, Fair Hill International and Cecil County Fair.
