Notice of Enactment

On Tuesday, April 16, 2019 Legislative Session Day 2019-08 the County Council of Cecil County    

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Enacted:

 

Resolution No. 16-2019 2020 Cecil County Strategic Plan.  A Resolution to amend the Cecil County Strategic Plan, pursuant to Section 601 of the Charter of Cecil County; and to revise the planning horizon from five (5) years to ten (10) years.

 

Resolution No. 19-2019 Road Abandonment – Portion of Nazarene Camp Road, Cecil County.  A Resolution to approve the abandonment of a portion of Nazarene Camp Road, Cecil County, Maryland, pursuant to the Local Government Article, Section 12-504, of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

 

Resolution No. 28-2019 Budget Appropriation – Grant Funds – Broadband Expansion- Upper Shore Regional Council.  A Resolution to amend the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Cecil County, Maryland, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 in order to provide a total of $48,400 to the Special Revenue Other Grants Fund-Department of Planning & Zoning to record the Memorandum of Understanding between the County and Upper Shore Regional Council for the purpose of funding the broadband expansion pilot project in Cecil County.
