Notice of Enactment

On Tuesday, March 5, 2019 Legislative Session Day 2019-05 the County Council of Cecil County   



Bill NO. 2019-01 Budget Transfer – Capital Budget – Board of Education – Various School Capital Projects.  A Bill to amend the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Cecil County, Maryland, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, to transfer existing bond appropriation authority within the Board of Education Capital Projects Budget in the amount of $59,322.00, from two completed School Capital Projects, (Cecil Manor Elementary Roof Replacement $13,812.85 and Bohemia Manor High Roof Replacement $45,509.15); to four incomplete projects (Cecil Manor Elementary Waterline Installation $3,500, Bohemia Manor High Water Line Installation $3,635, Perryville High Boiler Replacement $10,426 and Chesapeake City Elementary Replacement $41,761).  Effective Date 05/06/2019.


Resolution No. 14-2019 Appointment—Weed Control Advisory Board. A Resolution to confirm the reappointments by the County Executive of Monty Johnson,  Anthony Calao, William Ewing, Charles Robinson, Mike Scheeler, Dan Webber and Lane Heimer and to appoint Ronald Penhollow to the Cecil County Weed Control Advisory Board for a one (1) year term, to expire March 15, 2020.


Resolution No. 15-2019 Appointment—Board of Parks and Recreation—Bernard Brown, III.  A Resolution to confirm the reappointment by the County Executive of Bernard Brown, III. to the Board of Parks and Recreation for a three (3) year term to expire March 5, 2022.
