On Tuesday, February 19, 2019 Legislative Session Day 2019-04, the County Council of Cecil County
Resolution No. 05-2019 Appointment—Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board- Dale K. DeWeese. Resolution to recommend to the Governor of Maryland the appointment of Dale K. DeWeese to the Cecil County Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board to a five-year term, which will expire on June 1, 2024.
Resolution No. 06-2019 Appointment—Board of Parks and Recreation—Matthew Morris. Resolution to confirm the reappointment by the County Executive of Matthew Morris to the Board of Parks and Recreation for a three-year term to expire February 19, 2022.
Resolution No. 07-2019 Appointment—Planning Commission – Joyce Bowlsbey. A Resolution to confirm the appointment by the County Executive of Joyce Bowlsbey as an alternate member of the Planning Commission; to a two-year term, to expire August 19, 2021.
Resolution No. 08-2019 Appointment - Cecil County Ethics Commission - Bradley Moore. A Resolution to confirm the appointment of Bradley Moore made by the County Executive to the Cecil County Ethics Commission, filling a vacancy, to a four-year term to expire December 19, 2023.
Resolution No. 09-2019 Appointment - Drug and Alcohol Abuse Council – Rebecca J. Flood. A Resolution to confirm the appointment of Rebecca J. Flood to the Cecil County Drug and Alcohol Abuse Council to a three-year term, to expire on February 19, 2022.
Resolution No. 10-2019 Appointment - Historic District Commission – Macon H. Coleman, IV and
Heidi M. Coleman. A Resolution to confirm the appointment of Macon H. Coleman, IV and the reappointment of Heidi M. Coleman made by the County Executive to the Historic District Commission, to a three-year term to expire March 1, 2022.
Resolution No. 11-2019 Appointment—Cecil County Mental Health Core Service Agency Advisory Board – Eric M. Upperman. A Resolution to confirm the appointment by the County Executive of Eric M. Upperman to the Cecil County Mental Health Core Service Agency Advisory Board for three-year term to expire February 19, 2022.
Resolution No. 13-2019 Supplemental Appropriation – Grant Funds – Solid Waste Enterprise Fund – Agricultural Tire Recycling. A Resolution to amend the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Cecil County, Maryland, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, in order to include $179,500 of grant revenue and expenditure authority awarded by Maryland Environmental Service (MES) to the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund to support the 2019 Agricultural Tire Collection Event at the Cecil County Central Landfill.
