Notice of Enactment

On Tuesday, October 16, 2018 Legislative Session Day 2018-19, the County Council of Cecil County    

                                                                 Enacted:

Bill No. 2018-16 Agricultural Preservation District – Losten’s Dairy, LP.  A Bill to approve the petition of Kim and Scott Wilkinson for property located at 1059 Biddle Street, Chesapeake City, MD 21915, also known as Losten’s Dairy, LP. (Acres 589.822, Election District 2, Tax Maps 38, 39 and 44, Parcels 460, 483, 266, 2 and 5), requesting the establishment of an agricultural preservation district.  Effective Date 12/24/2018

 

Bill No. 2018-17 Agricultural Preservation District – Bare Family Farm.  A Bill to approve the petition of Maynard Bare, Shirley Bare, Terrill Bare, Norma Mitchell and Robin Mecinski for property located at 1711 North East Road, North East, MD 21901, also known as Bare Family Farm (Acres 156.76, Election District 9, Tax Map 19, Parcel 112) requesting the establishment of an agricultural preservation district.  Effective Date 12/24/2018

 

Resolution No. 40-2018 Supplemental Appropriation – Grant – Community Services Department.  A Resolution to amend the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Cecil County, Maryland for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 in order to provide a total of $639,720 over three years to the Community Services Fund – Department of Community Services to record the grant award from the Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime for the purpose of enhancing community responses to the opioid crisis by serving our youngest crime victims.
