Notice of Enactment
On Tuesday January 2, 2018 Legislative Session Day 2018-01, the County Council of Cecil County
Resolution No. 57-2017 Roads - Renaming – Maggies Lane. A Resolution to rename an unnamed road "Maggies Lane", which is off of Jacob Tome Memorial Highway on the south side of Hunters Sale Barn in Port Deposit.
Resolution No. 58-2017 Supplemental Appropriation – Parks and Recreation – Former Bittersweet Golf Course. A Resolution to amend the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Cecil County, Maryland, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, to increase the revenue estimate, and budget expenditure authority within the General Fund by $138,000, in order to have sufficient budgetary authority to pay for operations and maintenance costs associated with maintaining and providing safe entry into the newly acquired park property, formerly known as Bittersweet Golf Course.
Resolution No. 59-2017 Agreement – Payment in lieu of Taxes (PILOT) – Unison Energy. A Resolution to approve the execution by the County Executive of an Agreement for Payments in Lieu of Taxes, PILOT, with Unison Energy.
